Bitter Orange Jam

This is a more bitter jam than our old-fashioned sweet orange jam recipe . The bigarade is a naturally bitter orange with a thick, rough skin. Thinly sliced, this peel brings a powerful fragrance that inevitably brings back memories of grandmother's recipes.

• Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened.
