Blood Peach Jam

Blood peach jam is also called vine peach jam, sweet and fragrant, it contains exquisite pieces of fruit. This artisanal jam is made with French peaches from the Rhone Valley.

Blood peach has a moderate energy intake: 40 kcal/100 g. It is also very rich in minerals, particularly potassium but also phosphorus and magnesium. It is especially a good source of provitamin A and, to a lesser extent, vitamin C.
