Clementine Jam

A sweet flavor, very slightly bitter, it is a bit like orange jam. A marmalade with melting peels.

The Corsican clementine is a slightly sweet fruit, rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and carotenes. It also provides an interesting source of minerals, particularly potassium, calcium and magnesium.
