Light Raspberry and Blackcurrant Jam

New recipe for our raspberry and blackcurrant jam ! This light jam without white sugar is made from grape fructose for a 100% fruit blend. A flavor that is still as powerful for this fructose jam with a low glycemic index. Our new innovative range " Les Sublimes " is less caloric than classic jams. Enjoy them also as a coulis on a sorbet or simply by the teaspoon... The sugar has been reduced by 30% and replaced by fructose.

Fructose has a high sweetening power: 1.4 times more than sucrose (low GI = 49).
