Muscadet Confit with Seaweed and Shallots

An original and daring creation that honors the city of Nantes and its region. A recipe as good as it is beautiful with the presence of seaweed and shallots.

For this recipe, we wanted to highlight flagship products from the Nantes region by using Muscadet from Domaine Bonnet-Huteau, a dry and fruity white wine from the Nantes vineyard. But also algae from the Marine Farm "Les Jardins de la Mer" in Croisic which are hand-picked and then dehydrated.
