Orange, lime and passion fruit jelly

Like a sour candy, this melting jelly with the good taste of orange juice , lime juice and passion fruit juice , is enhanced with lime zest and finely ground Andaliman berries. Without the citrus peels that bring bitterness, this jam will please young and old gourmets alike.

Did you know?

Andaliman berries grow wild on the island of Sumatra and are harvested in clusters, when fully ripe, by Batak pickers living in the north of the island. On the palate, the initial notes are gently tart, and a little sweet with a very gentle warmth that develops. They are part of the citrus family, just like Timut and Sichuan pepper.
