Created in 2016, our Poire Aphrodite jam is back to charm your taste buds! Acclaimed by your votes, we are reissuing it this year to celebrate the 50th anniversary of La Cour d'Orgères. The sweetness of the Williams pear is warmed by candied ginger in small cubes, and raisins macerated in West Indian rum.
