Pumpkin, Lime and Spices

A bold blend of autumn flavors for this original preparation with pumpkin, lime and spices! Enhanced with raisins for a delicious texture, this sweet and salty confit is perfectly balanced with notes of cinnamon and vanilla spices. The final note is slightly tangy from the lime zest and ginger. Enjoy it like a jam !

Grown 500 m from our jam workshop, the pumpkins come from the Kernavest garden farm . For over 30 years, Yves and Gwen Le Berrigaud have been growing good vegetables as a family on the Quiberon peninsula. 

For every pot purchased, €1 is donated to the Movember® Foundation . This is a charity that fights all year round for men's health. Since 2003, men have been encouraged to grow a moustache to raise awareness of prostate and testicular cancer, and to prevent suicide in men.
